But, it doesn’t have to be that way. Try the following essential oils for your body to kick winter cold and enjoy the holidays without much fuss.

Myrrh
Woody, earthy, and a little balsamic, Myrrh can help you keep the immune system ticking and stay on top of your health during the cold winter months. More than that, myrrh is an excellent antidepressant which spruces up your mood and spirit as well as keeps you warm.
